The 4-Wheeler EV Motor Drivetrain Training & Research Setup is a live hardware experimental electric vehicle powertrain test bench for laboratory training, testing and performance analysis of four-wheeler EV traction drive systems. The system integrates a PMSM/AC traction motor, regenerative programmable motor controller and regenerative electrical loading dynamometer to simulate real vehicle operating conditions under variable load.

An EV-grade liquid-cooled lithium battery pack with integrated battery management system provides actual vehicle-type energy source operation. A control and instrumentation panel enables monitoring of voltage, current, speed, torque, power and energy parameters.
