The 03-Wheeler EV Motor Drivetrain with Loading Facility is a live experimental laboratory setup for training, testing and performance evaluation of electric three-wheeler drivetrain systems. The setup integrates a PMSM/BLDC traction motor, programmable motor controller, chassis dynamometer type mechanical loading system, battery system and control panel to study drivetrain behavior under different operating conditions.

The system enables analysis of motor load characteristics and controller operation under variable loading and simulated road conditions using the dynamometer loading arrangement. A data acquisition and logging system provides real-time monitoring of torque, speed, voltage, current, power and temperature parameters on the supplied computer system. Programmable drive cycle testing and graphical analysis are supported through the software interface.
