A PLC -based Level and Temperature Control System Trainer is an educational tool designed to teach the fundamentals of process control, automation and PLC Programming , with a focus on managing and regulating fluid levels and temperature in industrial systems.

It integrates Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC)  with real- time sensors and actuators, allowing users to gain hands-on experience in designing, programming, and troubleshooting control systems commonly used in industries like chemical processing, water treatment and manufacturing.

The PLC-based system works by gathering real-time data from level and temperature sensors. The PLC processes this data according to the programmed logic and sends output commands to the actuators to maintain the desired levels and temperature. For Example, if the fluid level is too low, the PLC will activate a pump to add more fluid. If the temperature falls below the desired setpoint, the PLC  will activate a heater to raise the temperature.
