Specifications:
- The Manual Control On/ Off type functionality be achieved with valves & suitable actuators for imparting at least the following trainings:
a. Bidirectional Actuation of Hydraulic cylinder.
b. Bidirectional Actuation of Hydraulic motor.
c. Usage & functioning of 3 Port 2-way Direction Control Valves (DCV).
d. Usage & functioning of different types of 4 Port 3-way Direction Control Valves (DCV) (Closed center, open center, Tandem center).
e. Usage & functioning of Different types of Flow control Valves (Pressure compensated & non-pressure compensated).
f. Usage & functioning of Pressure Relief valves.
- Electrohydraulic On/Off type functionality: The Electrohydraulic on/off type functionality shall be achieved with valves & suitable actuators for imparting at least the following trainings:
a. Relay based operation of different Electrohydraulic DCVs.
b. Suitable Hydraulic Cylinder ii) Suitable Hydraulic Motor iii) Suitable No. of 4 port
2 way DCVs iv) Suitable No. of 4 port 3 way DCVs
- The hydraulic valves, actuators, Gauges, electrical components etc. in the hydraulic training kit shall be mounted on a double-sided frame during operation. Double sided means that different manual hydraulic/ Electrohydraulic trainings can parallelly be carried out simultaneously on both side of the frame without affecting each other in any way. The double-sided frame shall be made of Steel / Aluminum and shall be sturdy in construction.
- Dimension of Hydraulic Training kit be 1800mm * 1500mm * 650mm.
- Hydraulic Powerpack: The hydraulic training kit shall have a Hydraulic powerpack to provide hydraulic power to the components, which shall include the following components:
a. Suitable electric motor Running on 230V 50HZ Single Phase AC Electrical power of either of the following makes: ABB/CG/Siemens/BB.
b. Suitable Hydraulic pump(s).
c. Hydraulic oil reservoir of suitable capacity.
d. Pressure Gauge (s).
e. Pressure relief valve.
f. Hydraulic filter (s).
g. On-off switch .
- The hydraulic powerpack shall be mounted at the bottom of the frame of the hydraulic training kit and powerpack shall be fitted with a lockable Pressure Relief valve to ensure safety of the powerpack & the module.
- The hydraulic oil used in the hydraulic powerpack shall be Viscosity Grade (VG) 68 hydraulic oil. f. All Hydraulic pump(s) provided in the Hydraulic Powerpack shall be one of the following makes: Rexroth/ Yuken/Eaton.
- All removable hydraulic hoses provided with each module should be of quick connect/ disconnect type. All removable hydraulic hoses provided in any of the module shall be one of the following makes: Parker / Gates / Vickers / Eaton.
- Hard piped hydraulic lines on the hydraulic modules shall be of sturdy construction to ensure safety of the modules.
