The Robotic Welding Cell is an advanced industrial training platform designed to demonstrate automated arc welding processes using a robotic manipulator integrated with a MIG welding system. The system replicates modern robotic welding environments used in automotive manufacturing, fabrication industries and heavy engineering production lines. The training system integrates a six-axis industrial robot with a MIG welding power source, wire feeder, robotic welding torch, robot controller and teach pendant.
