  • Thyristorized Phase Angle Control Unit – Electronic control card designed for heater power regulation with 4–20 mA input signal and 0–230 V AC output, capable of handling maximum current up to 6 A.
  • Process Storage Tank with Heater – Polypropylene (PP) storage tank with 25–30 liter capacity, wall thickness 3–5 mm, integrated with an electric heating element for temperature control experiments.
  • Electrical Control Panel – Industrial MS powder-coated panel enclosure fitted with switches, indicators, test points, and front-mounted PID controller. Internal wiring arranged with 0.5 / 1 / 1.5 sq.mm multi-strand cables, properly ferruled and routed through cable trays.
