The Instrumentation Installation Trainer is a complete field-installation practice skid designed for hands-on training in industrial instrumentation installation, termination, tubing, and maintenance practices as followed in real process plants.

The trainer enables trainees to perform real-world field activities, including:

  • Sensor and transmitter mounting
  • Flow, level, pressure, and temperature instrument installation
  • Control valve installation with pneumatic accessories
  • Cable termination, tubing layout, and cable tray installation

The skid is suitable for indoor and outdoor installation practice and is designed to accommodate two devices of each instrument type, enabling repeated and parallel training exercises.

Description

IES-PCI-418

Instrumentation Installation Trainer is a comprehensive industrial training system designed to provide hands-on experience in field installation, calibration, and maintenance of process instrumentation systems.

This trainer enables students to learn real-world practices including pressure, flow, level, and temperature measurement, tubing layout, cable termination, and control valve installation, making it ideal for engineering colleges, ITI institutes, and industrial training centers.
